This week I'm talking about the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay mask! After hearing so many folks raving about this stuff, I figured it was finally time to give it a try!
The directions say to mix it with equal parts apple cider vinegar and/or water--I usually use apple cider vinegar. Then apply it to your face or wherever else and leave it on for 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin, 15-20 for normal skin. Wash it off with warm water, and you're all set!
The main ingredient of this mask is natural calcium green benonite clay and the packaging insists it has no additives or fragrances--which makes it really great for those with sensitive skin!
At this point, I've been using the mask a couple times a week for a couple weeks, and I've noticed a greater difference in my skin than I have with any other treatment in the past!
I usually put it on before taking a shower so I can really wash it all off when it's done, and it doesn't take much time out of my day or routine.
I'm always skeptical when celebrities and influencers promote something because I never know if it's paid or if the product really works, but after hearing personal stories from friends, I felt it was at least worth trying--and I haven't been disappointed at all. I really can't recommend this mask enough for all my friends out there struggling with acne or troubled skin!
